Tiburon Town Council will hold a public hearing on July 20, 2016 to consider an update of the Town of Tiburon Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan.
The Town Council will consider an Initial Study and draft Negative Declaration for the project. Based upon the findings of the Initial Study, Town staff is recommending that a Negative Declaration be adopted for the project pursuant to Section 21080 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). Adoption of a Negative Declaration would indicate that that the project would not result in any significant adverse effects on the environment.
