Holli Thier is very proud to serve the residents of the Town of Tiburon since 2017. Holli was first appointed to the Tiburon Town Council in July of 2017, and then subsequently won the election finishing as the top vote getter in November of 2017. Prior to serving on the Tiburon Town Council, Holli spent three years on the Tiburon Parks, Open Space and Trails Commission. She is most proud of her accomplishments in working with the community to create a plan to make Tiburon safer for bicyclists, pedestrians, and automobiles.
Holli is a businesswoman; attorney; and currently serves on the Tiburon Peninsula Traffic Relief Joint Powers Agency Director; Tiburon Ad Hoc Committee on Downtown Revitalization; Tiburon Ad Hoc Committee on Paths and Open Space Access; Ad Hoc Technology Committee. She served as a PTA Volunteer, Reed Union School District (RUSD) Student Site Council; RUSD Superintendent’s Facility Task Force; Foundation for Reed Schools Auction Co-Chair and Board Member. Holli is past President of the League of Women Voters. Holli loves her two wonderful children, Benji and Jaque. When they are not traveling, or attending the theater, ballet, or opera, they love to ski, swim, hike, and recently all tried to snowboard. Holli graduated from Hastings College of the Law-J.D. and the University of California, Davis with two B.A.'s. Holli is often heard saying how lucky she is to represent such a wonderful community.
