Matters requiring action will be referred to the appropriate Commission, Board, Committee or staff for consideration or placed on a future Town Council meeting agenda. Recommendation to adopt First Amendment to the Joint Powers Agreement for the Belvedere-Tiburon Library to change the terms of service for appointed board members from three to four years (Town Clerk Crane Iacopi/ Library Director Mazzolini)

Recommendation to approve renewal of Agreement for Police Department Administrative Services with the City of Belvedere, effective July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017 (Chief of Police Cronin)
