Construction sites are subject to erosion and runoff during the rainy season and the Town requires that all necessary steps be taken to ensure that runoff does not carry soils or other site detritus into the storm drain system or onto neighboring properties.
All construction sites are required to be winterized between October 15 and May 1 of every year, including erosion and sediment control measures that are specified on project drawings. If your plans do not contain erosion and sediment control measures, review the Tiburon Building Division’s Winterization and Site Management Requirements.
