Town Hall will be closed for the holidays from Wednesday, December 24, 2025 until Monday, January 5, 2026.
During the closure, the Building Official will allow licensed architects to inspect architectural building features, licensed engineers to inspect engineered building features, and special inspectors under the supervision of the engineer or architect. This option will expire on January 4th, 2026 and is permitted for all construction. Foundation placement in conformance with approved plans must be verified within required setbacks and property lines by a licensed surveyor.
A daily report must be compiled for each inspection by the licensed design professional with their name, signature and stamp, a complete description of the work, and the location of the work accepted. Please submit all reports by the design professional no later than January 5, 2026. Please be advised that additional inspections may be required as deemed necessary by the Building Official.
No construction work is permitted on Thursday, December 25 and Thursday, January 1.
