The Town of Tiburon Parks, Open Space and Trails Commission (POST) will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at 6:00 P.M. in the Town Council Chambers to review and comment on the following proposal by Commissioner Jim Wood to install a picnic area adjacent to the newly constructed Trestle Trail. The intent of the picnic area is to turn an existing barren and flat area into an attractive entry feature for the Trestle Trail.
In addition to the picnic tables, the proposal includes a new oak tree, several decorative large rocks and a decomposed granite accessible walking surface. The area is also proposed to be landscaped with four varieties of drought tolerant, California native plants.

The location of the meeting is the Town Council Chambers, 1505 Tiburon Boulevard, Tiburon, Califonia 94920. The meeting will begin at 6:00 P.M.
