NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Tiburon Town Council will hold a Public Hearing to consider an Encroachment Permit (No. 19-032) application by Caprice Restaurant for the use of a portion of the public parking lot at the intersection of Paradise Drive and Mar West Street as a drop off and pick up valet service location. The Town Engineer/Director of Public Works has referred this application to Town Council for action. The Caprice Restaurant site is located at 2000 Paradise Drive, and is Marin County Assessor Parcel No. 059-172-46.
The public hearing will be held at the Town Council Chambers, 1505 Tiburon Boulevard, Tiburon, California, on Wednesday, July 17, 2019. The meeting will begin at 7:30 P.M.
Information on this item is available for review at the Tiburon Public Works Department at Tiburon Town Hall, 1505 Tiburon Boulevard, Tiburon, CA 94920. Written comments are welcome, and must be received by the Public Works Department on or before the Thursday prior to the meeting date.
