NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission will hold two public hearings on May 12, 2021.
The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider an application by Servino for a Conditional Use Permit to modify use of of restaurant space at 112 and 114-16 Main Street. The Planning Commission will also hold a public hearing to consider a Marin Municipal Water District 20-foot-wide strip easement across the Old Rail Trail at Lyford Drive. Questions should be directed to David Eshoo, Associate Engineer, at (415)435-7354 or deshoo@townoftiburon.org..

Consistent with the Marin County Public Health Officer's May 18, 2020 legal order to shelter at home until further notice, and Executive Orders No. N-25-20 and N-29-20 from the Executive Department of the State of California, the meeting will not be physically open to the public and all members will be teleconferencing into the meeting. To maximize public safety while still maintaining transparency and public access, members of the public can access the meeting by following live at a video link or conference call number that will be provided on the agenda in advance of the meeting.
