TOWN OF TIBURON NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
MUNICIPAL BUDGET
June 16, 2021
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Tiburon Town Council will hold a public hearing on the proposed Fiscal Year 2021-22 Municipal Budget and Capital Improvement Program on June 16, 2021.
Introduction of the Municipal Budget and Capital Improvement Program will take place on Wednesday, June 16, 2021, at 5:00 p.m.
On Wednesday, June 16, 2021, at 5:00 p.m., resolutions adopting the budget for Fiscal Year 2021-22, and making certain findings and determinations in compliance with Section XIII(B) of the GANN Initiative and setting the appropriation limit for fiscal year ending June 30, 2022, will be considered.
Consistent with the Marin County Public Health Officer’s April 29, 2020 legal order to shelter at home until further notice, and Executive Orders No. N-25-20 and N-29-20 from the Executive Department of the State of California, the Town Council meeting will not be physically open to the public and all Council Members will be teleconferencing into the meeting. To maximize public safety while still maintaining transparency and public access, members of the public can access the meeting by following live at a video link or conference call number that will be provided on the agenda in advance of each meeting.

Copies of the FY 2021-22 Municipal Budget will be available prior to the meeting on the Town’s website at www.townoftiburon.org.
