NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
Wednesday, August 4, 2021 at 5:00 p.m.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Council will hold four (4) public hearings on August 4, 2021.
The Public Hearings are to:
- consider a proposed rate increase by Mill Valley Refuse Service for refuse collection and recycling services. Questions should be directed to Town Manager Greg Chanis at gchanis@townoftiburon.org or (415)435-7373. Read the full notice.
- consider Town-initiated amendments to the Chapter 16 (Zoning) of the Tiburon Municipal Code regarding accessory dwelling units. Questions should be directed to Director of Community Development Dina Tasini at dtasini@townoftiburon.org or (415)435-7373. Read the full notice.
- allow testimony regarding the Tiburon Tourism Business Improvement District and consider enactment of the assessment for the next fiscal year. Questions should be directed to Greg Chanis at gchanis@townoftiburon.org or (415)435-7373. Read the full notice.
- allow testimony regarding the Cypress Hollow Lighting & Landscape District and to consider confirming the diagram and assessment for the next fiscal year. Consistent with Executive Orders No. N-25-20 and N-29-20 from the Executive Department of the State of California, the Town Council meeting will not be physically open to the public and all council members will be teleconferencing into the meeting. To maximize public safety while still maintaining transparency and public access, members of the public can access the meeting by following live at a video link or conference call number that will be provided on the agenda in advance of the meeting.
