DESIGN REVIEW BOARD
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
Thursday, March 31, 2022 at 6:00 P.M.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Design Review Board will hold four public hearings on March 31, 2022.
The Board will hold two public hearings to consider:
- an application for construction of a new single-family residence at 4665 Paradise Drive. Questions should be directed to Assistant Planner Samantha Bonifacio at sbonifacio@townoftiburon.org. Read the full notice.
- an application for construction of a new single-family residence, including a Variance request for fence height, at 85 Harriet Way. Questions should be directed to Assistant Planner Samantha Bonifacio at sbonifacio@townoftiburon.org. Read the full notice.
- an application for landscape and exterior improvements at 3 Trestle Glen Circle. Questions should be directed to Senior Planner Christy Fong at cfong@townoftiburon.org. Read the full notice.
- an application for construction of a new single-family residence, including Variance request for reduced left-side setback, at 1807 Lagoon View Drive. Questions should be directed to Senior Planner Christy Fong at cfong@townoftiburon.org. Read the full notice.
Consistent with Government Code section 54953(e), the meeting will not be physically open to the public and all members will be teleconferencing into the meeting. To maximize public safety while still maintaining transparency and public access, members of the public can access the meeting by following live at a video link or conference call number that will be provided on the agenda in advance of the meeting.
