Notice is hereby given that the Tiburon Town Council will hold a public hearing to consider an appeal by Alessandra Beraldi of the Design Review Board’s decision to approve a request for Site Plan and Architectural Review to expand an existing deck for an existing single-family dwelling, with a Variance for excess lot coverage (17.9% in lieu of the maximum 15.0%); project site is located at 490 Ridge Road and is Marin County Assessor Parcel No. 059-082-06
The public hearing will be held at the Town Council Chambers, 1505 Tiburon Boulevard, Tiburon, California, on Wednesday, August 21, 2019. The meeting will begin at 7:30 P.M.
