Town of Tiburon Representative: Marin-Sonoma Mosquito and Vector Control District Board of Trustees
Statutory Authority: Marin-Sonoma Mosquito and Vector Control District
Term: Two or Four Years
Purpose: The 24-member appointed Board of Trustees serves as the governing body of the District. Founded in 1915, the District protects the health and welfare of the communities it serves from mosquitos and vector-borne diseases by utilizing cost-effective, environmentally responsible integrated vector management practices
Qualifications: For this opening, applicants must be residents of the Town of Tiburon and have the interest, desire, and time available to serve for a two-year term, including attendance at regular meetings and other activities.
