[ARCHIVED] Secondary Dwelling Unit Amendments Review by Planning Commission

The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider amendments to its regulations and standards for review of secondary (accessory) dwelling units and junior accessory dwelling units at a special meeting on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at 7:30 PM in the Town Council Chambers.  The amendments are in response to new state legislation going into effect on January 1, 2017.
